CIVIC HALL MEMBER-HOSTED EVENT OPEN SUBMISSIONS
Thank you for submitting your event idea to Civic Hall’s Open Submissions. This process will create an avenue for members like you to utilize the Civic Hall space and provide programming that is valuable and relevant to your needs and interests. Civic Hall is excited to select programs from these submissions to help increase opportunities for collaboration between Civic Hall Members!
Please use this form to provide detailed information about your event. Submitting your event through this form will allow us to schedule programming during two event date ranges:
Wednesday, November 1 - Friday, November 17 or Monday, November 27 - Thursday, December 21*.
Please complete this form no later than Friday, October 13. You will receive event confirmation by Thursday, October 19, along with valuable information on how to best market your event to attract the right audience.
*We are happy to offer free space for these "for members, by members" events during the assigned dates/times.
